From obligation to decision

The Myvoria modules Lex and Strategy translate regulations into concrete work. Lex determines which obligations apply to your company and which measures follow from them, each with its source and the people responsible. A living compliance culture is the foundation of every organisation. With our support, you gain a head start in complying with regulations and policies. For the whistleblowing system and Policy Manager, we use software from our partner Lawcode. Solerte handles the rollout, trains the contact persons and embeds the processes in the team.

Sustainability is becoming measurable and subject to reporting. We advise on reporting, emissions and climate targets, supply chain, deforestation, environmental claims and packaging, built around the software of our partner Envoria. Markus Costabiei Chief Executive Officer

Our CEO Markus Costabiei brings more than 30 years of experience in IT. As CEO of the high-tech incubator tech2b and national spokesperson of the AplusB incubator network, he has guided numerous successful technology start-ups on their way. As co-founder, CEO and board member of the Akarion Group, he developed compliance software. With Solerte, he is taking the next step: ESG and regulatory requirements are central to sustainable and resilient business development. He wants Solerte to contribute to this, with a platform that embeds regulatory knowledge where responsibility lies, and a team that supports companies with implementation.

Markus Costabiei brings more than 30 years of experience in the IT sector, a broad professional background and a distinctive perspective to the world of digitalisation. As an expert in sustainability, compliance and disruptive technologies, he combines his passion for innovative technology with a close connection to agriculture, which is rooted in his family.

For the South Tyrol native, founding Solerte GmbH was a logical step to bring technology in line with environmental, social and governance requirements. This path was already visible when he founded the Akarion Group, where he served as managing director and board member. The company specialised in developing blockchain-based compliance software. As early as 2007, he became CEO of the high-tech incubator tech2b, which supports tech start-ups, and served as national spokesperson for the AplusB incubator network.

Alongside his role as CEO of Solerte, he is an active member of the standards body Austrian Standards and chairs the Blockchain Initiative Austria. Markus Costabiei is a lecturer and a sought-after speaker at events on sustainability reporting and technology.
